Екатерина Чумаченко. Краткая информация к размышлению:
В 1982 году Екатерина закончила Джорджтаунский университет со степенью бакалавра. Из наиболее ярких преподавателей этого учебного заведения следует отметить генерала-майора Милнора Робертса — главу комитета «За свободный Афганистан», члена руководящего совета Всемирной антикоммунистической лиги, а также Джин Киркпатрик и Збигнева Бжезинского.По окончании этого учебного заведения Катя становится уполномоченным представителем Украинского конгресс-комитета Америки (УККА) (1982 — 1984) и начинает работу с ближайшим соратником Бандеры Ярославом Стецко и сотрудничество с Организацией Украинских националистов (ОУН) и Антибольшевистским блоком народов (АБН). Одновременно Екатерина продолжает обучение и получает степень магистра в Чикагском университете.
Далее каким-то загадочным образом Екатерина, едва получив диплом, продолжает свою карьеру в госаппарате США.
С 1985 по 1988 гг. она специальный помощник помощника госсекретаря по правам человека и гуманитарным проблемам. Катя занимается вопросами советского и восточноевропейского направления, помогая специальному подразделению службы госсекретаря. Эта специфическая организация провела немало спецопераций восточного направления.
С 1988 по 1991 гг. Екатерина служит в офисе Белого Дома по связям с общественностью, потом в казначействе США, и позже в фонде «Украина — США».
В архиве администрации Рональда Рейгана находится каталог файлов документации Чумаченко за 1985−1988 гг.
Перечню файлов предшествует следующее предупреждение:

Все остальные теки, обозначенные в этом перечне, являются предметом запросов согласно с Актом о свободе информации (АПСИ), после подписания Акта о президентских документах. Если вы заинтересованы предоставить на рассмотрение запрос согласно АПСИ для получения разрешения к каким-нибудь необработанным записям, обозначенных в этом перечне, пожалуйста, свяжитесь со штатом нашего архива по телефону 1−800- 4 108 354, за границами США — 1−805−522−8444 или по e-mail: reagan. library@nara.gov».
Это предупреждение означает, что все так называемые «необработанные» файлы являются секретными, и каждый заинтересованный в доступе к этим материалам должен подать запрос, который поступит в ЦРУ, после чего будет принято решение о разрешении/не разрешении ознакомления с информацией. На практике рассмотрение запроса может продолжаться несколько лет, после чего запрашивавший получает документ, в котором часть текста замазана черным, а несколько страниц изъяты.
Из перечня файлов Екатерины Чумаченко-Ющенко можно видеть, что только четыре из них являются доступными, а все остальные являются государственной тайной Соединенных Штатов Америки и хранятся под секретом.
Из биографии Чумаченко, а также из названий файлов ее документации можно видеть, что занималась она далеко не малосерьезными геополитическими проблемами и готовилась к исполнению серьезных спецопераций.
